Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Architect to design and optimize scalable DevOps architectures, CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. The role will drive automation, Infrastructure as Code, security, reliability and continuous delivery while collaborating with Development, QA and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable DevOps architecture and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab/Jenkins.
- Define software requirements, architecture and functional specifications with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
- Architect and manage Docker & Kubernetes containerized environments.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
- Drive DevOps automation, engineering best practices and cloud infrastructure adoption.
- Implement security, identity management and compliance controls.
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, reliability and security.
- Collaborate with Development,



QA and Operations teams to streamline software delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement across teams.
- Contribute to technical architecture and product/system design decisions.

Required Skills
- 10+ years in Software Development/Architecture with strong DevOps & CI/CD expertise.
- Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI, Jenkins and Git.
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Robust experience with Terraform and Ansible.
- Programming knowledge in Python and C.
- Good understanding of AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana and ELK Stack.
- Knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP and NTP protocols.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Good to Have
- DevOps/Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
- Railway domain experience, particularly Signalling, Power Supply or System Engineering.
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.
