Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps/Cloud Engineer with solid hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, automation, monitoring, and production support.

The role also involves supporting enterprise chatbot and conversational AI solutions , including their deployment, integrations, scalability, and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, maintain, and support enterprise chatbot/conversational AI solutions.
- Integrate applications with REST APIs, databases, web applications, and enterprise systems .
- Manage cloud deployments and infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP .
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes .
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM .
- Monitor applications and cloud infrastructure using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana .
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform RCA/L3 support .




- Implement cloud security, IAM, logging, monitoring, backup, and DR practices.
- Automate operational activities using Python, Shell, or PowerShell .
- Support cloud migration, performance optimization, and scalability initiatives.
- Prepare deployment procedures, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
