? What You'll Do
- Recruit and onboard Insurance Advisors
- Build and develop your advisor network
- Generate new business through the agency channel
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Guide, motivate and support advisors
- Build strong customer and advisor relationships
- Conduct meetings, follow-ups and field activities
- Identify recent business opportunities
? Who Can Apply?
✅ 0–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / BFSI / Insurance
✅ Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can apply
✅ Good communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Energetic, self-motivated and target-oriented
✅ Comfortable with field sales and relationship building
✅ Candidates from Mira Road, Bhayandar, Vasai-Virar & nearby areas preferred
