Position: Development Head

Key Responsibilities

Lead Current Product Development (NPD) from concept to production.

Develop and improve investment casting processes, tooling and parameters.

Handle gating, feeding and process optimization for quality and yield.

Troubleshoot casting defects and perform root cause analysis.

Coordinate with Production, Quality and Customer teams for successful trials and product approvals.

Drive continuous improvement in processes, cost and cycle time.

Guide and mentor the development team and provide technical training.

Handle customer coordination and technical discussions.
