Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Technical Lead role based in India remote location.

The Senior Technical Lead will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support client projects across Opasa’s core service areas.

Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and reviewing code, implementing integrations between systems, designing and optimizing database structures, and collaborating with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

The role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring performance, security, and scalability, and contributing to technical documentation and best practices.

The Senior Technical lead will also mentor less experienced team members and participate in code reviews and technical design sessions.

Qualifications





- Solid software development and programming skills, with experience building scalable, secure applications.
- 7+ years of Hands-on experience with system integration and working with APIs and services across heterogeneous environments.
- Solid understanding of databases, including design, optimization, and querying.
- Practical experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and front-end integration with back-end services.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language like React, Node JS, Java, C#, Python, JavaScript and familiarity with relevant frameworks.
- Experience working in enterprise environments across Cloud, Data/AI, or Cyber Security domains is highly advantageous.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems, propose solutions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring developers, participating in code reviews, and contributing to architectural decisions.
- AWS experience will be added beneficial for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Individual Contributor required in project level experience
- Experience in AI driven adaptive technology.

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
