Role Overview

We are hiring for a Developer Intern position, with candidates considered for any ONE of the following technical tracks based on their skills:

Based on technical skills, project requirements, and evaluation, selected candidates may work in one of the following areas:

- React.js / Next.js – Web Development

- React Native – Mobile Development

- Python Full Stack – Web & Backend Development

The role involves developing application features, building user interfaces, integrating APIs, working with databases, debugging issues, testing features, and collaborating with the development team throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidates are not required to know all three. Strong knowledge of any one track is sufficient.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain features for real-world software applications.

- Understand project requirements and implement assigned features.

- Build clean, responsive, reusable, and maintainable application components.

- Integrate REST APIs and backend services.

- Identify, debug, and resolve UI, functionality, and application issues.

- Test assigned features and support application quality.

- Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.

- Follow coding standards and maintain clean, organized code.

- Collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members.

- Support application deployment, maintenance, and improvements when required.

React.js / Next.js – Web Development

- Develop responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js.

- Convert UI/UX designs into functional web interfaces.

- Build reusable and scalable UI components.

- Integrate REST APIs and frontend-backend services.

- Optimize applications for responsiveness and performance.

React Native – Mobile Development

- Develop mobile application features using React Native.

- Build responsive and reusable mobile UI components.

- Convert UI designs into functional mobile screens.

- Implement navigation and application functionality.

- Test applications across Android and iOS devices.

Python Full Stack Development





- Develop web applications using Python, Django, or Flask.

- Build and integrate REST APIs.

- Develop business logic and backend functionality.

- Work with SQL and relational databases.

- Integrate third-party APIs and services.

- Test APIs using Postman.

- Support application deployment and maintenance.

Requirements

- Good understanding of programming fundamentals.

- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to understand technical requirements and implement assigned features.

- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Willingness to learn, adapt, and accept feedback.

React.js / Next.js

- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Positive understanding of React.js fundamentals and component-based development.

- Understanding of Next.js and its core concepts.

- Knowledge of responsive web design.

- Understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.

React Native

- Good knowledge of JavaScript.

- Understanding of React and React Native.

- Familiarity with mobile UI development.

- Understanding of REST APIs and API integration.

- Familiarity with navigation and application state management.

Python Full Stack

- Strong understanding of Python and OOP concepts.

- Knowledge of Django or Flask.

- Understanding of REST APIs.

- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Understanding of JSON and API communication.

- Familiarity with authentication and authorization.

- Familiarity with Postman.

Soft Skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

- Good communication and collaboration abilities

- Willingness to learn, adapt, and accept feedback

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Candidates with academic, personal, or internship projects using React.js,



Next.js, React Native, Python, Django, or Flask are encouraged to apply.

Employment Terms & Conditions

- The first 4 weeks will be a training period without stipend.

- Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates will undergo a 4-month internship with stipend.

- Based on performance during the internship, candidates may be offered a full-time employment opportunity.

Candidate Evaluation Process

The hiring process consists of the following two rounds:

1. Technical Round (Virtual)

To assess the candidate's technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and practical understanding of relevant technologies.

2. Manager Round (Face-to-Face)

To evaluate communication skills, attitude, teamwork, professionalism, and overall suitability for the role.

Probation Period

- Upon joining as a full-time employee, the candidate will undergo a 6-month probation period.

- During this period, technical performance, learning ability, discipline, and teamwork will be continuously evaluated.

- Based on performance, the probation period may be extended if required.

- The company reserves the right to discontinue employment during the probation period if performance is found to be unsatisfactory.

Confirmation of Employment

- Candidates who successfully complete the probation period will be confirmed as full-time employees of the company.

Service Agreement

- Selected candidates will be required to sign an 18-month service agreement with the company upon joining.
