Role Overview:-

We are looking for a skilled and experienced ERPNext Python Developer with a strong understanding of ERPNext and the Frappe framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing ERP solutions tailored to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext modules using Python and Frappe framework
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ERPNext
- Design and implement new features, reports, and integrations
- Customize forms, workflows, scripts, and dashboards in ERPNext
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization of existing applications
- Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems via APIs
- Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance
- Collaborate with functional consultants and cross-functional teams for successful project delivery




- Provide technical documentation and user support during implementation and post-go-live

Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Strong experience in Python development (2–5 years)
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework
- Good understanding of ERPNext modules (Accounts, HR, Purchase, Sales, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.)
- Experience in REST APIs, integrations, and third-party tools
- Knowledge of MariaDB/MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Familiarity with Git/version control systems
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:-
- Experience in ERP implementations (end-to-end lifecycle)
- Exposure to cloud deployment and server management
- Knowledge of business processes in manufacturing, finance, or supply chain
- Experience working in client-facing roles
- AI integration and automation in user workflow
- Open source contributions

Soft Skills:-
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
