Role Description

We are seeking an experienced UiPath RPA Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise-grade automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on UiPath experience and a proven track record of building scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable automations across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Automation Development

- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into robust automation solutions.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support UiPath automations throughout the complete lifecycle.
- Develop workflows using UiPath Studio, including Sequences, Flowcharts, State Machines, and REFramework, aligned with PDDs, SDDs and development standards.
- Build modular and reusable automations integrating with SAP, Citrix, cloud platforms, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL databases, web services, mainframes and legacy enterprise applications.
- Apply best practices to ensure automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and extensible.

Intelligent Document Processing &

- AI

- Design and implement IDP solutions using UiPath Document Understanding for document classification, extraction, and validation.
- Integrate UiPath AI Center capabilities where applicable.
- Build Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows using UiPath Action Center for validation, exception handling, and human decision points.

Enterprise Integration &

- Orchestrator

- Manage and support UiPath Orchestrator, including assets, credentials, queues, scheduling, logging, monitoring, and exception handling.
- Design and implement integrations across complex multi-system enterprise environments.
- Ensure automations are secure, reliable, and performant across UAT, Pilot, and Production environments.
- Provide production support,



troubleshooting, and continuous optimization while meeting availability and SLA requirements.

Testing, Quality &

- Governance

- Perform unit, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing, including debugging and defect resolution.
- Optimize solutions for performance, reliability, scalability, security and maintainability.
- Ensure adherence to REFramework, RPA governance, coding standards, security guidelines,and SDLC best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of automation frameworks, standards, and development practices.

Documentation &

- Stakeholder Collaboration

- Create and maintain PDDs, SDDs, technical design documents, deployment guides, runbooks, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, business analysts, technical teams, and project teams across Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support knowledge sharing, code reviews, and adoption of automation best practices.

Required Qualifications &

- Experience

Education

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA).

Professional Experience

- 5+ years of professional IT/software development experience with strong hands-on UiPath RPA expertise.




- Proven experience delivering complex enterprise automation projects across multi-system environments.
- Hands-on experience with SAP integration and enterprise application landscapes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Experience supporting production automations with high availability and SLA requirements.

Technical Skills

- UiPath: Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Document Understanding,
- Programming: VB.NET, C#, or Python; strong SQL skills.
- Enterprise Integration: SAP, Citrix, mainframes, SQL databases, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and cloud platforms.
- SDLC &
- Governance: Software development methodologies, configuration management, version control (RPA governance and enterprise deployment practices.
- Testing &
- Support: Unit, integration, end-to-end,and UAT testing; debugging, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.
- Security: RPA security, coding standards, access controls, enterprise deployment models, and governance compliance.
