Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery.
- Plan and coordinate loading, packing, and vehicle arrangements.
- Verify quantity, quality, packing, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, PPC, Accounts, and Transport teams.
- Maintain dispatch records, stock details, and delivery documents.
- Ensure proper identification, labelling, and protected handling of finished goods.
- Monitor loading/unloading activities and ensure housekeeping in the dispatch area.
- Handle customer/transport-related dispatch issues and provide timely updates.

Requirements:

- Positive coordination and communication skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
- Experience in textile/printing industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage a team and meet dispatch schedules.
