We are seeking an IT Support Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in desktop support, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, and IT infrastructure support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user issues while ensuring seamless IT operations and high user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, servers, and endpoint devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, email configuration, and user administration.
- Manage hardware installations, software deployments, upgrades, and patch management.
- Troubleshoot network issues related to TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and connectivity.
- Administer endpoint security,



antivirus, backups, and compliance controls.
- Monitor and maintain VMware virtual environments.
- Handle incident management, service requests, and SLA compliance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams for issue resolution.
