Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using various diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (OS) on Windows-based devices.
- Collaborate with team members to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, including laptop repair and printer troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in OS installation, configuration, and maintenance on Windows platforms.
