We're Hiring: Desktop Support Engineer (IT Support)

Join our team and play a key role in delivering reliable IT support across multiple locations.

What you'll be working on:

- End-user desktop and application support
- Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and performance diagnostics
- Active Directory & credential management
- Patch management and endpoint security
- Monitoring agent deployment via Group Policy (GPO)
- Network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Hardware diagnostics and inventory management
- Documentation and knowledge base creation

We're looking for candidates with:

- 1–3 years of Desktop Support/IT Helpdesk experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and basic networking
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valuable communication and documentation abilities

? Salary: ₹25,000 per month
