In-Hand Salary: Approximately 20,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

We are hiring a Desktop Support Engineer for Tech Mahindra on the payroll of Fidelis Technology. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide desktop and end-user technical support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Handle Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Support networking issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and DHCP.
- Manage Active Directory (AD), user accounts, and password resets.
- Provide support for VPN, Microsoft 365,



and email-related issues.
- Identify and resolve technical issues within the agreed timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents and service requests.

Required Skills
- 1.5+ years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
