ERP / System Support

- Provide day-to-day support to users for ERP-related issues and queries.
- Assist users in understanding and correctly using ERP modules and processes.
- Coordinate with the ERP vendor/team for system issues, bugs, enhancements, and follow-ups.
- Monitor ERP transactions and identify process-related gaps or errors.
- Assist in ERP implementation, testing, UAT, and rollout activities.
- Prepare and maintain system-related reports, MIS, and trackers.
- Follow up on pending system issues and ensure timely closure.
- Support data validation and ensure that transactions are correctly entered in the system.
- Assist in documenting ERP processes, SOPs, and user guidelines.
- Coordinate with plant teams to understand operational requirements and translate them into system requirements.
- · Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11.

· Install and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, barcode scanners, and other IT peripherals. · Configure Microsoft Office, Outlook, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.

· Configure and troubleshoot Outlook email clients.

· Create and manage users in Active Directory.





· Join systems to the domain and troubleshoot domain login issues.

· Apply and troubleshoot Group Policy (GPO) and Domain Policies.

· Manage password reset, user permissions, and shared folders.

· Configure and troubleshoot Google Workspace accounts.

· Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 accounts.

· Support email migration and mailbox configuration.

· Install and troubleshoot VPN connections.

· Configure LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.

· Configure and troubleshoot shared printers and mapped network drives.

· Perform hardware diagnosis and replacement (RAM, SSD, HDD, SMPS, Motherboard, Keyboard, Mouse, etc.).

· Coordinate with software and hardware vendors.

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

· Provide remote support using AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or Remote Desktop.

· Perform preventive maintenance of desktops and laptops.

· Escalate server, firewall, and network issues to the IT Head.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
