Desktop Support Engineer – Fresher–6 Months Experience

Salary: ₹15,000–₹17,000/month

Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic desktop and technical support to users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure Windows, applications and drivers.
- Handle basic LAN/network and printer troubleshooting.
- Support MS Office, Outlook and other business applications.
- Maintain IT assets and assist with routine technical tasks.
- Escalate complex issues to the senior technical team when required.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Windows, hardware, software and networking.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- IT/Computer-related qualification preferred.
- Fresher–6 months relevant experience.
- Comfortable working in office at the Noida client location.
Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
