1. Providing onsite IT support at the assigned customer location.
2. Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
3. Troubleshooting LAN, Wi-Fi, networking, and basic connectivity issues.
4. Providing support for Windows OS, software installation, updates, and user-related technical issues.
5. Basic troubleshooting and coordination for servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices.
6. CCTV installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and basic surveillance system support.
