DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER

Position: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Porur, Chennai

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 0–3 Years

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma in IT or related field

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Desktop and laptop hardware and software troubleshooting

Windows OS installation, configuration and troubleshooting

Printer, scanner and peripheral support

LAN, Wi-Fi and basic networking support

User support and technical issue resolution

System installation, maintenance and upgrades

Basic hardware and network troubleshooting

REQUIRED SKILLS

Positive knowledge of Windows operating systems

Hardware and networking troubleshooting

Basic LAN and TCP/IP knowledge

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle end-user technical support
