Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Designer role based in Kolkata. The Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts and layouts for company materials, including marketing collateral, presentations, and customer-facing documents.

Daily tasks may include collaborating with internal teams to understand design requirements, developing creative concepts, and producing high-quality designs consistent with brand guidelines. The role involves preparing production-ready files,



refining designs based on feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of all design assets. The Designer will also support continuous improvement of the company’s visual identity and help maintain a cohesive and professional brand presence.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in graphic design, layout design, and visual communication, with a solid portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition for both print and digital media.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant academic background in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a design role within the above similar industry is an advantage.
