Job Summary The Project Ligh¢ng System Designer will be responsible for driving ligh¢ng design and sales ini¢a¢ves across the Maharashtra region. The role involves client interac¢on, project iden¢ca¢on, consultant engagement, technical proposal prepara¢on, and sales conversion for in-house ligh¢ng products. This posi¢on blends technical knowledge with rela¢onship management and eld experience to promote Brightdistricts innova¢ve ligh¢ng systems.

Key Responsibili¢es

Meet clients on a daily basis to understand project requirements and promote in-

house ligh¢ng solu¢ons.

¢

¢

Iden¢fy and track new upcoming ligh¢ng projects across the region.

Develop and maintain solid rela¢onships with architects, consultants, and project decision-makers to specify Brightdistrict/ILLUMT brand in upcoming projects.

¢

Prepare tender quota¢ons, technical proposals, and BOQs based on project requirements.

¢

¢

Select and specify products as per project ligh¢ng and electrical specica¢ons.

Coordinate with internal design and technical teams for proposal accuracy and product feasibility.

Achieve monthly sales targets by genera¢ng and closing project enquiries.

Stay updated on market trends, compe¢tor ac¢vi¢es, and consultant specica¢ons.

Represent the brand professionally during client visits, site mee¢ngs, and consultant interac¢ons.

Report daily ac¢vi¢es and project status to the Vasai Head Oce.

Dialux / Relux ligh¢ng design prociency (mandatory).

Strong understanding of electrical and electronic product specica¢ons.

Excellent English communica¢on, presenta¢on, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and travel extensively across Maharashtra.

Strong analy¢cal mindset and a¢en¢on to detail.

Prociency in MS Oce (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for repor¢ng and documenta¢on.
