Key responsibilities

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Design Quality Control, Design QA, Interior Design Execution, Manufacturing Quality or Project Quality Control.

- Experience in the Interior Design / Modular Furniture / Home Interior / Construction industry is preferred.

- Experience working across the design, manufacturing, dispatch and installation lifecycle will be an advantage.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.

- Strong understanding of design quality, product quality and process compliance.

- Experience in reviewing design dockets, 2D drawings, 3D designs, cutlists, BOMs and specifications.

- Hands-on proficiency in SketchUp is mandatory.

- Experience with other interior design or modular furniture software will be an added advantage.

Key Skills and Attributes:

- Mandatory proficiency in SketchUp, with the ability to review, interpret and validate 3D designs against approved specifications and customer requirements.

- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.

- Good understanding of design-to-execution processes within the interior design or modular furniture industry.





- Strong inspection and quality-control skills, including visual and measurement-based checks.

- Ability to identify design and execution discrepancies and provide actionable corrective feedback.

- Robust understanding of SOPs, quality documentation and process compliance.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, MS Office and Google Sheets for reporting, tracking and quality analysis.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

- Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills across Design, Factory, Procurement, Operations and Installation teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and quality requirements within defined timelines.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear and actionable quality feedback to Design and Execution teams.

- Proactive, disciplined and goal-oriented approach towards maintaining quality standards.

- Willingness to conduct site inspections and project visits as required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
