Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute jewellery seasonal and lasting collections aligned with Suta's design philosophy.

- Identify trends, materials, artisans, and vendors to create commercially successful collections.

- Work closely with the design team to convert concepts and sketches into production-ready jewellery.

- Plan assortment, pricing, inventory and production quantities.

- Monitor category performance and drive growth through data-backed decisions.

- Build and manage relationships with vendors and artisan partners.

Preferred candidate profile

- 45 years of experience in Jewellery Merchandising, Product Development, Buying, or Category Management.

- Experience with jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C consumer brands.

- Positive knowledge of jewellery trends, materials, colours, techniques and consumer preferences
