Mace is seeking an experienced Design Manager Systems to lead the design management, review, coordination, and delivery of ELV, ICT. The role requires strong technical expertise in systems design, multidisciplinary coordination, stakeholder management, and design assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Role - Design Manager Systems

Location - New Delhi

Project - NDLS( Recent Delhi Railway Station Redevelopment ).

Required experience:-

- Overall Experience: 15 Years
- Similar Position Experience: Minimum 3 Years
- Eligible Project Experience: Minimum 6 Years in Rail, Metro, Airport, Hotel/Hospitality, or Commercial Building Projects.

Role & responsibilities:-

- Lead the design development and management of Systems/ELV packages from concept through detailed design stages.
- Manage and review consultant and contractor design submissions for compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Specialist Design Teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Review system architecture, network topology, equipment schedules, specifications, and design calculations.
- Ensure designs comply with client requirements,



international standards, local regulations, and project specifications.
- Conduct design workshops, technical reviews, value engineering sessions, and coordination meetings.
- Monitor design deliverables and ensure timely submission in line with project schedules.
- Identify design risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Support procurement activities through technical evaluations and vendor assessments.
- Provide technical guidance during construction, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors.
- Ensure quality assurance and design governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile:-

- B.E./ B.Tech in Electrical/ Electrical or Electronics/Mechanical.
- Master's degree in Electrical/Mechanical.
