Lead and mentor the interior design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Design Strategy:
Plan layouts and concept designs for interior fit-outs of commercial office spaces based on client requirements and budget. Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations, building codes, and accessibility standards. Develop and implement design strategies from pre-sales to post-sales, with a solid understanding of technical drawings.
- Project Oversight:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality design and adherence to deadlines. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain design integrity.
- Client Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into effective design solutions.
Present design concepts and proposals to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
- Budget Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
Preferred candidate profile
Education
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
Experience
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing corporate office projects min. of 5 years.
