The role will involve developing innovative design concepts, space planning, layouts, material selections and detailed design documentation while ensuring effective coordination throughout the project lifecycle

Responsibilities

- Manage design projects, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations and project goals.
- Develop creative architectural and interior design concepts, including space planning, layouts, and material selections.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings,



specifications, and presentations.
- Integrate sustainable design practices and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
- Professional Architect License or Interior Designer Certification preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively.
