- Graduates from reputed design institutes such as NID, NIFT, IIT, or equivalent institutions would be preferred
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and its connection with visual design
- Solid portfolio demonstrating branding, campaigns, marketing creatives, packaging, publications, and/or visual identity work Ability to think beyond individual creatives and build complete design systems and brand experiences
- Excellent conceptual thinking with the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual communication
- Strong experience in Brand Design, Visual Identity, Marketing Design, or Creative Design
