Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Design Head to lead the design and engineering function for Crushing & Screening Equipment. The role involves overseeing the design and development of crushers, screens, feeders, conveyors, and complete crushing plants while managing a design team, driving innovation, ensuring cost- effective solutions, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of Jaw Crushers, Cone Crushers, VSI Crushers, Screens, Feeders, Conveyors, and Crushing & Screening Plants.
- Develop and implement design strategies aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to execution, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the design team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review engineering drawings, calculations, and technical specifications to maintain design excellence.
- Drive product improvement, value engineering, standardization,



and cost optimization initiatives.
- Present design concepts and technical solutions to management, customers,and stakeholders.
- Promote a robust safety culture and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Preferred candidate profile -

- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 10-15years of experience in Crushing & Screening Equipment Design.
- Proven experience in leading engineering/design teams.
- Strong knowledge of crushers, screens, material handling systems, and aggregate/mining equipment.

Technical Skills

- Expertise in machine design, fabrication, and structural engineering.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor/Creo, and FEA tools such as ANSYS.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, design calculations, and product development.
