- Develop automation system designs, including electrical schematics, control system architecture, and integration plans.
- Select appropriate components like PLCs, sensors, motors, actuators, and HMIs based on project requirements.
- Create detailed wiring diagrams and layouts using tools like AutoCAD Electrical, or EPLAN.
- Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including technical specifications, BOM (Bill of Materials), and revision histories.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, including materials, labor, and overheads.
- Work with suppliers to obtain quotations for components and negotiate prices.
- Generate detailed project proposals, including technical design and cost estimations.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams during project discussions and implementation.
- Perform organizational working procedure on ERP System
