- Learning and studying softwares that are used like- Internal ERP,AutoCad, IMOS, B- Solid, Biesse Works, Wood Wop, Optimiser, etc. Using these softwares for data generation purpose for manufacturing modular furniture on CNC machines.
- Understanding product design requirements of retail/marketing end. Working closely with marketing or retail end people to understand product requirement and making product drawings accordingly.
- Checking if product designs are feasible as per stability and manufacturing constraints.
- Maintain accurate records
- Sending flawless production data to factory which includes-drawings, cutting list, hardware list, CNC files, CSV files, optimisation details, material requirement papers,etc.
- Estimate the cost of materials, manufacturing, and labor for a project.
- Create comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Effectively communicate design concepts
- To provide detail material and hardware requirement details to purchase person.
- Forwarding accurate billing details to the factory.
