- Simulation & Modeling: Run Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and 2D/3D electromagnetic or electrostatic simulations using tools like Creo, AutoCAD, or specialized design software. [1, 2, 3]

- Standards Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with international standards such as IEC 60076, IEEE/ANSI, IS (Indian Standards), or CSA. [1, 2, 3]

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, manufacturing, quality control, testing, and global technical teams during the tender and order execution stages. [1, 2]
