Qualification:** Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Static Equipment, Jigs, Fixtures, and Tooling as per customer, project, and production requirements.

Strong knowledge of Static Equipment design is mandatory**, including equipment such as pressure vessels, tanks, receivers, heat exchangers, and related fabricated equipment.

Handle design activities from **concept development to detailed engineering, fabrication, and final documentation

Prepare and review 2D & 3D CAD drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and manufacturing documentation.

Carry out design calculations and ensure designs comply with applicable **design codes, standards, customer specifications, and project requirements

Support Recent Product Development (NPD)** activities including concept design, prototyping, design validation, and design improvements.





Coordinate with **Production, Quality, Purchase, Project, and PPC teams for smooth execution of projects.

Review customer drawings/specifications and convert requirements into practical and manufacturable designs.

Modify and optimize existing designs to improve **performance, manufacturability, quality, and cost-effectiveness

Select suitable materials based on design requirements, operating conditions, manufacturing processes, and customer specifications.

Apply knowledge of GD&T;, welding/fabrication processes, tolerances, material selection, and manufacturing methods

Review fabrication feasibility and provide technical support during manufacturing and assembly.

Prepare and maintain **BOM, material specifications, drawing revisions, and other engineering documents

Identify design issues and provide effectiveness.
