Experience -: 3 to 6 years (Min 1-2 Years Experience on Solid Edge is must)
Profile -:
Candidate should have machine design background along with hands on experience in following areas
1. Designing of Special Purpose Machine [SPM] OR Material Handling equipment’s.
2. Designing of Jig & Fixture.
3. Concept building & layout preparation as per customer requirements.
4. Knowledge of Pneumatic circuit design & Selection of pneumatic components.
5. Knowledge of Drive selection (Servo & Induction motors & gearbox selection).
6. Capable to do Design calculations & selection of standards bought out items.
7. Knowledge of Auto CAD & any other Solid Modelling Designing Package [Solid
edge].
1. Good knowledge of General Tolerance [GD&T;] & 2D/3D drawing.
2.
Should be Familiar with manufacturing process including machining, sheet metal
fabrication, welding fabrication, casting & heat treatment.
1. Designing of Multi gauging fixtures will be an added advantage & preferred.
