Support design engineering projects independently and work closely with design and product engineering teams on project execution. Design and develop components with emphasis on sheet metal parts, solid models, and casting parts. Prepare layouts, concept designs, sketches, and detailed drawings in line with project requirements.

Communicate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and project partners. Support ongoing production by providing design assistance for current parts and products. Follow design and drafting standards, procedures, and engineering best practices. Interpret and work from verbal or written engineering instructions, procedures, drawings, and sketches. Required Skills
- Proficient in Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Vault, and Fourth Shift.
- Sound knowledge of mechanical design principles, engineering materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with DFM and DFA methodologies to support efficient product design.
- Knowledge of GD&T; standards as per ASME Y14.5M.
- Experience with BOM creation and maintenance, along with ECN workflows.
- Understanding of HVAC and refrigeration processes, particularly in life science solutions products.
- Effective oral and written communication abilities.
- Capable of handling design and drawing release activities independently with minimal supervision.
- Solid understanding of refrigeration subsystems and associated components.
- Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
