Job Summary

We are looking for a Design Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in machine manufacturing and mechanical design. The candidate should have good working knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD, along with basic knowledge of machining, fabrication, and mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
- Design machine components, structures, assemblies, and related mechanical parts.
- Understand machining, fabrication, welding, and assembly processes.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Purchase, and Stores teams for design and manufacturing requirements.
- Make design changes based on production requirements and customer specifications.
- Prepare BOMs and maintain proper design and drawing documentation.
- Check drawings for dimensions, fit,



tolerances, and manufacturability.
- Support production teams in resolving design and technical issues.
- Follow company drawing standards and maintain revision control.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of SolidWorks is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical design and machine components.
- Understanding of machining processes such as turning, milling, drilling, grinding, etc.
- Knowledge of fabrication, welding, and assembly will be an added advantage.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of GD&T;, dimensions, tolerances, and fits.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate
- 1–2 years of experience in mechanical/machine design or machine manufacturing.
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Candidates with experience in machine manufacturing companies will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong SolidWorks skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
