Detailed Drafting (SolidWorks): Convert 3D assemblies and parts into comprehensive 2D manufacturing drawings. Ensure all tolerances, weld symbols,
and Bills of Materials (BOM) are perfectly accurate for the fabrication floor.
Ancillary Documentation (AutoCAD): Prepare and maintain essential project layouts, including facility placement drawings and Piping and Instrumentation
Diagrams (P&IDs;).
Small Machine Ownership: Independently manage the end-to-end design of standard, smaller-scale ultrasonic cleaners. You will handle the 3D modeling, 2D detailing, and production release for these units.
Engineering Support: Work closely with the manufacturing team to clarify drawing details, troubleshoot shop-floor assembly queries, and update models based on practical feedback.
