Job SummaryKuche7 Manufacturing Pvt Ltd is looking for a Design Engineer to join our R&D; Department. The candidate will be responsible for product design, development, design modifications, preparation of manufacturing drawings, and providing technical support to production.

The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of relevant experience in the furniture, modular kitchen, sheet metal, or similar manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify 2D and 3D designs for new and existing products.
- Prepare detailed manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly drawings.
- Work on design and development of modular kitchens, furniture, stainless-steel products, and related components.
- Prepare and maintain BOM, cutting details, assembly drawings, and production drawings.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, QC, PPC, and other departments for successful implementation of designs.
- Conduct design modifications and improvements based on production and customer requirements.
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and suitable for manufacturing.
- Support production teams in resolving design and technical issues.
- Check dimensions, tolerances, material specifications, and drawing accuracy.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and product development documents.




- Contribute to recent product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Design and Engineering Drawing.
- Good knowledge of 2D/3D CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
- Understanding of sheet metal, fabrication, bending, cutting, assembly, and manufacturing processes.
- Good knowledge of BOM and production drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and design-development skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to convert product requirements into practical manufacturing designs.

Mandatory Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience – Mandatory.
- Furniture / Modular Kitchen / Sheet Metal / Interior Products / Similar Manufacturing Industry experience – Mandatory.
- Candidate must be from Bhiwandi, Kalyan, Dombivli, Thane, or Ambernath.
- Candidate should be comfortable working at the Kuche7 manufacturing facility in Bhiwandi.

Salary₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, technical skills, and current CTC.
