We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical design with expertise in 3D CAD software, simulation tools, and an in-depth understanding of sheet metal design, mechatronics, and machining. You will be responsible for creating creative design solutions, performing detailed analysis, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and implementation of mechanical systems.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage the design and development of mechanical components and systems from concept to final product.
- Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other CAD tools.
- Provide expertise in sheet metal design, mechatronics, and machining processes,



ensuring manufacturability and cost-efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the design, prototyping, and testing phases.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, design calculations.
- Understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes, including machining and sheet metal fabrication.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil or Architecture.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design, particularly in the areas of sheet metal design, mechatronics, and machining.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and similar tools.
