About RudraSetu

RudraSetu is a growing spiritual e-commerce brand focused on authentic Rudraksha, sacred wearables, gemstones, spiritual products, and guidance services.

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy and execution-focused individual who can work across design, AI website development, Shopify and day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Your Core Responsibilities

? Creative Designing

- Design creatives for Meta/Google Ads
- Create website banners and promotional graphics
- Design and edit product images
- Create social media posts, carousels and other marketing creatives
- Maintain visual consistency across RudraSetu's digital platforms

? AI Website Development

- Build and improve website pages using AI and no-code/low-code tools
- Use AI tools to create layouts, sections and digital experiences
- Experiment with recent AI tools that can improve website design and customer experience

?️ Shopify Maintenance

- Update website images, banners and content
- Create/edit Shopify sections and pages
- Update product information and merchandising elements
- Make routine changes to keep the online store updated and conversion-friendly

Shared E-commerce & Operations Responsibilities At RudraSetu, we believe every team member should understand how an e-commerce business operates from order received to order delivered.

You will also be trained and expected to assist with:





- COD order confirmation calls
- Customer coordination for NDRs and delivery follow-ups
- Coordination with courier/delivery aggregators
- Order packaging and courier handover
- Inventory updates and basic stock management

Who We're Looking For You could be a good fit if you:
- Have a good eye for clean and modern design
- Are comfortable using Canva and/or other design tools
- Actively use AI tools and enjoy experimenting with new technology
- Understand or are willing to learn Shopify
- Are comfortable learning multiple functions instead of working within only one narrow role
- Have good communication and coordination skills
- Are organised and capable of handling day-to-day operational tasks
- Take ownership of your work and can execute tasks independently

Prior experience with Shopify, e-commerce, AI website builders, Canva, Photoshop or similar tools will be an advantage.

What You'll LearnThis is not a role limited to graphic designing.
