Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks.
- Create 3D CAD models, detailed drawings, and design documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D;, production, and quality) to refine designs for manufacturability.
- Develop and test functional prototypes using 3D printing, CNC machining, or other rapid prototyping methods.
- Conduct design reviews, tolerance analysis, and stress simulations to ensure performance and reliability.
- Support the product lifecycle from concept through production and iteration.
- Bill of Material creation.
