Metaacare Interiors is a leading Furniture production & Interior fit-out company head quartered at Trivandrum, Kerala with operations based in multiple locations. We are seeking a capable candidate for the role of Design Coordinator to manage the site working co-ordination, manage project logistics regarding the drawings / sketches/ / develop cutting-edge concept designs , schedules and communication to bridge the gap between creative design visions and practical execution.

He needs to lead a team, inspire creativity, present ideas with confidence and build healthy and friendly relationships with clients. Also act as the central point of contact for clients, interior designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:-

Site work coordination and understanding the customer needs.

Meeting with clients regularly to understand their requirements, style and aspirations.

Track project progress, set deadlines, and ensure tasks stay on schedule.

Manage samples,



furniture, finishes, and decor elements.

Check design layouts, shop drawings, and submittals for accuracy and project compliance

Develop creative and innovation design concepts.

Visit job sites to help ensure that teams implement the design correctly.

Coordinate with production / project managers and installation teams.

Ensure that the designs are aligned with METAACARE INTERIORS standards.

Stay in tune with contemporary international design trends, materials, technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements:-

Thorough professional knowledge ( 8-10 years experience )about the interior / modular production area.

The qualification needed is Diploma / Degree in design engineering.

Ability to handle multiple timelines, vendors, and tasks at the same time

Knowledge of modular / interior/ all types of MDF, Plywood hardware materials needed.

He / she should have good communication skills in Malayalam / English / Hindi

Valuable organizational skills , strong risk management and problem solving, prioritize tasks
