Role : Design Buildings Expert (General Management Services for railway projects)
Responsibilities
- Act as Domain Expert for buildings and related civil structures.
- Review detailed designs, drawings and specifications submitted by contractors/consultants.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards and project requirements.
- Identify defects/omissions and supports integration of building designs into overall project works.
Qualifications Experience Graduate Degree in Civil engineering
Minimum 10 years working experience as Designer (Buildings)
Positive communication skills
Excellent Liasioning with various stakeholders
Knowledge of relevant codes essential
Higher qualifications will be preferred
