Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Design oriented Architects based in Bengaluru. The Design Architect will be responsible for developing high-quality conceptual architectural designs, managing projects, preparing DD drawings & presentations, and coordinating with clients, sub-consultants and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

Postion and expereince levels

Architects: 3 to 6 years

Senior Architects: 7 to 12 Years

Qualifications





- Solid expertise in Architectural Design with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Design Management and the ability to develop comprehensive design strategies
- Experience in preparing and reviewing detailed Construction Drawings
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Proficient in relevant architectural software and tools
- Candidates good at hand sketches, parametric design and graphic design sensibilities prefered
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture focussing on Design & substanibility
- Candidates with proven experience in creating designs and handling mid to large scale projects for diverse sectors, such as residential, corporate, or mixed-use developments, prefered
