Hirely is sharing an opportunity with one hiring partners for experienced Dermatologists in India to contribute to the evaluation and improvement of AI systems in healthcare. You’ll review dermatology images and AI-generated medical content, assess diagnostic usability and dermatological accuracy, and provide structured expert feedback to help improve the safety, quality, and reliability of medical AI systems.

What You'll Do

- Review AI-generated medical content for dermatological accuracy, safety, relevance, and completeness
- Evaluate diagnoses, treatment plans, and clinical summaries involving dermatological conditions
- Review dermatology images using a structured online evaluation platform
- Assess image quality and diagnostic usability
- Identify issues involving blur, lighting, exposure, colour, framing, and other image-quality factors
- Where applicable, identify likely skin conditions and provide confidence ratings
- Document clear clinical rationale for evaluations
- Provide expert feedback to improve medical accuracy and safety
- Apply evidence-based dermatology standards consistently
- Collaborate with AI researchers and clinical experts
- Follow detailed evaluation guidelines and complete structured questionnaires accurately

Who We're Looking For

- MBBS with completed Dermatology residency
- Minimum 5 years of post-residency dermatology experience
- Based in India, mandatory
- Strong clinical knowledge of dermatology
- Excellent visual attention to detail
- Comfortable reviewing sensitive or graphic medical images




- Comfortable using web-based annotation and evaluation platforms
- Able to use image zooming and other digital review tools
- Strong ability to follow detailed guidelines and complete structured evaluations
- Strong written communication and clinical reasoning
- Experience in medical content review, clinical research, annotation, or AI/ML evaluation is a plus

Compensation & Terms

- Freelance/independent contractor assignment
- Fully remote
- Minimum 4 hours/day
- 40 hours/week
- 4 hours of PST overlap required
- 12-week duration
- No medical or paid leave
- Flexible remote work environment
