Position Overview

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chief Medical Officer (CMO) with a strong background in Dermatology to lead clinical operations, ensure high standards of patient care, and drive medical excellence across hair and skin treatments.

The ideal candidate will have an MD in Dermatology or Diploma in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy (DDVL), along with hands-on experience in both clinical and cosmetic dermatology procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Patient Care

- Provide advanced dermatological treatments for hair and skin conditions, monitor patient outcomes, and modify treatment plans as required.
- Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate skincare products based on individual treatment plans.
- Perform cosmetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and IV therapies.
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, preventive care, and long-term skin and hair health.
- Ensure all clinical practices comply with applicable medical laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Refer patients to appropriate specialists whenever advanced or alternative care is required.

Operational & Compliance Oversight

- Oversee clinical protocols and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and organizational policies.




- Stay updated with emerging dermatological treatments, technologies, and research.
- Collaborate with nurses, assistants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care.
- Represent the organization at relevant medical conferences, seminars, and professional networking events.

Team Collaboration & Development

- Work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to promote a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior doctors and support staff on clinical best practices, treatment protocols, and patient communication.

Qualifications & Experience

- MD in Dermatology or Diploma in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy (DDVL).
- Proven experience in clinical and cosmetic dermatology.
- Hands-on expertise in procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and IV therapies.
- Solid understanding of medical compliance, ethics, and patient safety standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
