Role & responsibilities

- Develop concept layouts, test-fits, and space planning solutions based on client and project requirements.

- Prepare detailed 2D/3D architectural drawings and working layouts using AutoCAD and related software.

- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all design drawings and project documentation.

- Design and coordinate basic MEP layouts for small projects with proper integration into architectural plans.

- Ensure all architectural and MEP drawings comply with technical standards, project specifications, and regulations.

- Coordinate with project, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth design implementation.

- Conduct site visits to monitor execution quality and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.

- Resolve design and execution-related technical issues during project execution stages.

- Upload and maintain finalized drawings, revisions, and documentation in R-Dash.

- Track project design progress and provide regular updates/reports to management and stakeholders.
