Required Experience & Skills

- · 7 to 9 years of strong experience as a fullstack developer with leadership responsibilities.
- · Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, Vue.js, TypeScript, and modern UI architecture patterns.
- · Extensive handson experience with NestJS, Node.js, RESTful API development, and backend design principles.
- · Expertise in PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.
- · Practical experience with GCP services such as Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud SQL, IAM, VPC, and observability tools.
- · Solid understanding of CI/CD, Docker, containers, and cloud deployment best practices.
- · Solid knowledge of secure coding, authentication, authorization, and OWASP guidelines.




- · Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments for enterprise-grade development.
- · Familiarity with Kubernetes or container orchestration concepts.
- · Experience with API security including JWT, OAuth2, and rolebased access control.
- · Exposure to cloudnative engineering on GCP and microservicesbased development.
- · Handson experience in logging, monitoring, and debugging backend and distributed systems.

Preferred experience in General Insurance (Health, Motor, Travel) and ability to map domain processes into digital solutions.
