- Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Development Identify, evaluate and develop reliable suppliers for electronic components while ensuring quality, cost and delivery requirements.
- Cost Negotiation & Cost Reduction Lead price negotiations, benchmarking, VA/VE initiatives and cost-reduction programs to achieve annual procurement savings.
- Electronics Component Procurement Manage procurement of PCB/PCBA, semiconductors, sensors, connectors, ICs, electronic components and other critical materials as per BOM and production requirements.
- Supply & Inventory Management Ensure timely material availability by managing lead times, supplier schedules, shortages, inventory levels and delivery performance.
- Supplier Performance & Commercial Management Monitor supplier performance on QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery), manage RFQs/POs, commercial terms, contracts and resolve supplier-related issues in coordination with Quality, Engineering and Production teams.
