- Lead daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.

- Execute production plans in coordination with PPC, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Maintenance.

- Manage CNC, Panel Saw, Edge Banding, Drilling, Assembly, Packaging and Dispatch operations.

- Monitor manpower deployment, shift planning, machine utilization and production efficiency.

- Ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, BOM adherence, and wastage control.

- Drive quality compliance, RCA, CAPA, and reduction of rejection and rework.

- Lead supervisors, operators, contractors, and shop floor teams.

- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM and OEE improvement initiatives.

- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams for seamless manufacturing.

- Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Production MIS through ERP/SAP.

- Ensure HSE compliance, PPE adherence, and protected working practices.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.

- MBA (Operations) preferred.

- Lean Manufacturing / 5S / Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage.
