Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an IT Applications professional to support and enhance business-critical retail applications across stores, warehouse operations, and e-commerce. The role will act as the bridge between business teams and technology partners, ensuring smooth application performance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of retail systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support retail business applications including POS, ERP/SAP interfaces, replenishment, e-commerce, pricing, and store operations systems.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify process improvements, and drive technology solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, testing, and deployment.
- Gather and document recent business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management for new system enhancements.




- Support integration between POS, SAP/ERP, and other retail applications.
- Work closely with stores, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams to ensure seamless system operations.

Candidate Profile

- 8-9 years of experience in IT Applications/Application Support roles.
- Preferred experience in Retail, Apparel, QSR, or other customer-facing businesses.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes and store operations.
- Experience supporting applications such as POS, ERP/SAP, replenishment, merchandising, pricing, or e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to work with both business and technology teams to solve operational challenges.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
