We are looking for a Deputy Manager Supply Chain Process Excellence to drive process improvement, operational excellence, and infrastructure development across supply chain and warehousing operations.
The role will work closely with supply chain, warehousing, projects, and operations teams to design scalable processes, improve warehouse productivity, optimize costs, and support warehouse development and expansion.
This is a hands-on problem-solving role requiring the ability to work across process design, data analysis, operational execution, and project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Excellence Continuous Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies across supply chain and warehouse processes.
- Process Excellence Continuous Improvement: Design and implement SOPs, process standards, workflows,
and operating mechanisms.
- Process Excellence Continuous Improvement: Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Process Excellence Continuous Improvement: Conduct process audits and identify gaps in productivity, quality, cost, and service levels.
- Process Excellence Continuous Improvement: Develop and track operational KPIs and improvement plans.
- Process Excellence Continuous Improvement: Use data analysis and root-cause analysis to address recurring operational issues.
- Process Excellence Continuous Improvement: Standardize best practices across warehouses and locations.
- Warehouse Process Design Optimization: Design and optimize end-to-end warehouse processes covering inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
