- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, leveraging market intelligence and competitive analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure success.

- Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions on pricing, positioning, and distribution channels.

- Manage stakeholder relationships with senior leadership, sales teams, and other departments to ensure alignment on growth objectives.

Job Requirements :

- 7-11 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry or related field.

- Robust background in corporate strategy development, GTM strategy implementation, and stakeholder management.

- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Go-To-Market Strategy Development Software (e.g., Gtm).

- MBA degree from a reputable institution (M.B.A Consulting India preferred).
